    I had bad experience, as there was poor communication between NRNA and Marbo. I was treated very rudely by the receptionist, who refused to hand me the keys to my vehicle asking for a payment which I wasnt informed of. When I asked if she could call the insurance company to sort the matter, she refused. I then made the call myself to the insurance company and they advised they would call Marbo and tell them to give me the keys, as the payments were made to NRMA. After being handed the keys from the manager. I did not even get an apology from the manager or receptionist for her very rude attitude and for making me wait an hour and half. I will never use their service again and would not recommend them to anyone.
